The NILES-SIMMONS N20 MC TurnMill is a precision multi-axis, multifunction turning-boring-milling machining center for work pieces up to 3500 mm in length.
The CNC control system is a SINUMERIK 840 D sl, with Siemens NX Programming and Support supplied in partnership with Empire Dynamics.
The NILES-SIMMONS N20 MC TurnMills are the optimal solution for complex part machining operations. The MC-Series utilize one set-up / “closed door machining” to eliminate the need for multiple machining centers, decrease production time, and increase output and safety.
