A NILES-SIMMONS N20 MC TurnMill for NTAC

The Niles Technical Application Center (NTAC) at our manufacturing facility and headquarters in Albany, New York recently received a NILES-SIMMONS N20 MC TurnMill multifunction machining center.

The N20 MC is an investment in increasing our capacity for technology demonstration and growing our expertise in support of the MC-Series product line. We utilize a Siemens NX digital twin to confidently apply advanced machining techniques to production parts in support of customers and our own machine tool products.

It joins the previously installed N30 MC as a showcase for the NILES-SIMMONS MC-Series’ capabilities as well as platform to demonstrate customer-specific work piece solutions.

Both machines will eventually be moved and installed in the new NTAC facility next to NSH USA’s headquarters.
